This page explains the cookies and similar technologies Linguine uses, and how you stay in control.

What are cookies

Cookies are small text files a site stores in your browser. We use only first-party cookies — set by Linguine itself, not by advertisers or trackers.

Analytics

We measure which content is used, and roughly how visitors reach us (referring site, browser, device type, approximate country), with privacy-friendly, first-party aggregate counters. These keep only daily totals — they do not profile you, store your IP address, set advertising cookies, or share data with third parties. If you choose "Essential only", we don't even count your visits.

Third-party cookies

We don't use third-party advertising or tracking cookies. Payment is handled by Stripe on its own checkout; "Sign in with Google" only runs if you choose it.

How to control cookies

You chose your preference in our cookie banner; to change it, clear the cookie_consent cookie and reload. You can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings — note that blocking essential cookies will stop you from signing in.
